VP MEMS Packaging Technology Development

Dr. Milena Vujosevic is a Vice President at TDK where she leads a global MEMS Package Technology Development Organization. Since 2018 she is responsible for company’s packaging across all MEMS sensors technologies in consumer, automotive, industrial and IoT markets. This includes design, assembly process development and manufacturing readiness. Prior to joining TDK, she spent a combined 20 years at Intel and Motorola working in the field of packaging for advanced technologies. Milena has held numerous industry leadership roles, was contributor to industry standards and organizer of numerous technical conferences. She has published more than 60 papers and 3 book chapters and has been awarded 2021 Best of Sensors Award and 2011 ASME EPPD award. Milena was educated in Europe and in the USA and has a PhD in Applied Mechanics.
